Code of Conduct: During recent times, in every organisation be it in the Private or the Government sector, there is a code of conduct which every employee is required to follow. In the code of conduct act there are various standard values and principles which are defined to instruct or guide employees on the basis of how they should present themselves or talk to others. The code of conduct meaning should clearly define whether the organisation believes in their own organisational structure, how each and every employee should trust one another and how they interact with each other.

All these factors would be the representative aspects of the organisation. One should understand the difference between code of conduct and code of ethics. The code of conduct meaning specifically refers to how individuals of the organisation should behave whereas professional ethics states that it generally gives guidance on the decision-making skills of their employees.   • Innovation – You will be continuously involved in finding ways to improve your products and client experiences in order to expand your business.

There is a desperate need for the rise in use of the code of conduct because employers want to believe that their employees should be knowledge about the right or wrong things. If your organisation is having a proper code of conduct you can determine whether that particular behaviour of an individual employee is acceptable or not, thus, making everyone’s lives easy. If the organisation has a code of conduct rules to follow then that will give each and every employee a proper structure from the very first day of their job. You should be keeping in mind that there should not be uncertainty about a particular policy while framing it, because this may lead to the rules being changed.
